Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, general ledger and accounts. Ensure all financial transactions are tracked timely and accurately.
- Prepare monthly and annual budget, PNL and other financial reports on the Company's existing financial position.
- Monitor AR, AP and bank reconciliation functions. Review creditors and debtors ledgers, receivables and deposits to monitor recovery and to minimize bad debt.
- Meet tax obligations; oversee timely and accurate tax filing and GST submissions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, customs, Inland Revenue Board and others to ensure statutory and legal compliances. Keep updated with industry and accounting best practices.
- Manage and forecast cash flows and liquidity; ensure adequate working capital to meet ongoing operational and investment needs.
- Supervise the day-to-day operations and function of the Finance/Accounts Department and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement finance/account policies, processes and procedures. Develop and maintain financial accounting and information management systems.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Account, Finance related Discipline.
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details.
- Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
- Demonstrated ability to create and contribute to effective, passionate and energetic cross functional work teams.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.

Working Location:
Kota Damansara

Salary Range:
RM4000 - RM6000

- Knowledgeable in AutoCount Accounting Software or any accounting software.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independantly with minimum supervision,willing to learn and take on added responsibilities
- Preferred candidates who able to speak and write Chinese
- Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate and write in English and Bahasa Melayu.
